Pig Pen BBQ has a passion for creating delectable traditional southern barbecue started with cooking for friends and family. Bill and Michelle were encouraged with each party or event to explore catering professionally. They always assumed people were just being polite by saying, "your barbecue is the best I've ever had", until a friend and Hutto Centennial producer asked them to cook at that event as a food vendor.
